Ingredients

Andes Mints
chopped

cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips

salted butter

Rice Chex cereal

powdered sugar

chopped mint cookies, Andes mints, mint baking chunks, green M&Ms
Instructions
Add the chopped Andes Mints, chocolate chips, and butter to a large microwave safe bowl.
1 cup Andes Mints,
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips,
1 tablespoon salted butter
Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir well. Continue heating in 10-15 second increments until smooth. Do not overheat.
Add the Chex cereal and gently fold until coated in chocolate.
7 cups Rice Chex cereal
Add half of the powdered sugar. Shake the bowl to coat the cereal, then add the rest of the powdered sugar.
2 cups powdered sugar
Cover the bowl tightly with a lid or foil. Shake until the cereal is fully coated. Break up any clumps and shake again.
Spread the mixture on parchment or foil and let it cool and set completely.
Once set, transfer to a serving bowl and fold in any optional mix ins.
