2cupscooked chickpeas or 1 15 oz. can, rinsed and drained
1 ½teaspoonsolive oil
¾teaspoonchili powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Dashcayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Pat the chickpeas dry between two paper towels and remove any loose skins.
Place the chickpeas in a medium bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
Pour the chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring the chickpeas at the 15-minute mark.
