A no-fuss, filling Sausage Potato Bake like this one can feed a whole family at dinner time. This particular version of the recipe is very customizable, too - so get out your favorite seasonings and add-ins!
5medium potatoesscrubbed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1medium green bell pepperseeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
1small onioncut into bite-sized pieces
2clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonsolive oil
½teaspoonpaprika
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set it aside.
Add all of the ingredients except the sausage to a large mixing bowl and mix, making sure everything is evenly coated. Transfer the ingredients to a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Stir the potato mixture on the baking sheet and add the sausage pieces.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the sausage is heated through.

AIR FRYER METHOD
Set the air fryer temp to 375°F.
Place the potatoes and onions in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss the potatoes and onions until everything is well coated.
Transfer the potato mixture to the basket of the air fryer. Set the timer for 15 minutes and cook, shaking the basket once after about 5-7 minutes.
Once the time is up, take out the basket, add the sausage pieces, and continue cooking for 8 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is heated through.
