Ingredients
For the Horseradish Mayonnaise

prepared horseradish
For the sandwich

thinly sliced deli-style roast beef

Provolone cheese
lettuce leaves
thin slices of tomato
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and prepared horseradish. Mix well.
Spread four slices of bread with the horseradish-mayo mixture.
Divide the roast beef between the slices of bread. Top with cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Place one slice of bread on top of each sandwich.
Cut each sandwich in half, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Add your favorite toppings, whether it's pickles, mustard, etc.
