ground cinnamon
2

ground nutmeg
1 ½
teaspoons
ground allspice
1 ½
teaspoons
ground cloves
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a tightly sealed container.
Use in your favorite pumpkin recipes where it calls for Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Notes
I find I never use up an entire jar if I buy it pre-mixed at the store, but I always have the individual spices on hand to make my own!
