1
bottle
champagne or sparkling wine
1
cup
pomegranate juice
4
tablespoons
lime juice
Pomegranate arils
Rosemary sprigs
for garnish
Instructions
Pour the champagne or sparkling wine into the champagne flutes until about half full.
Next, pour the pomegranate juice in the flute until the champagne becomes a deep red color, leaving about an inch or two from the top of the glass.
Pour in 1 tablespoon of the lime juice and add a spoonful of the pomegranate arils.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
Notes
You may have leftover pomegranate juice. Use it in other recipes or drink it on its own as is.
Serve this with sparkling grape juice in place of the champagne for a non-alcoholic option.
For best taste and results, be sure all ingredients are chilled.
Try rimming the flutes with lime juice and dipping them in granulated sugar or use red and green sanding sugar
