Ingredients

Rice Chex cereal

sweetened condensed milk

or cream cheese chips

instant pistachio pudding mix

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
salt

Instructions
Place the Rice Chex cereal in a very large mixing bowl. Set aside. You can also use a double-bagged brown paper bag for easier shaking.
1 box Rice Chex cereal
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and white chocolate chips.

½ cup unsalted butter,
1 cup white chocolate chips
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the dry pistachio pudding mix until fully combined and smooth.

Add the vanilla extract and salt. Stir until evenly incorporated.

Pour the warm pistachio mixture over the cereal. Gently fold and toss until the cereal is evenly coated.
Add the powdered sugar and toss again until all pieces are fully coated. If using a paper bag, seal and shake gently until coated.

Spread the muddy buddies in a single layer on parchment paper or a baking sheet.
Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, or until set.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
