Ingredients

medium
baking potatoes
scrubbed and cut into bite-sized pieces
¼
cup
olive oil
½
teaspoon
salt

cloves
garlic
minced
Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with non-stick aluminum foil. Set aside.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer the potatoes to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 55-60 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender, crisp and lightly browned.
