Ingredients
6mediumpotatoes, cut into bite-size chunks2 pounds
1 ½cupsmayo
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
1tablespoonyellow mustard
1teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
2stalkscelery, chopped1 cup
1mediumonion, chopped1/2 cup
4hard-cooked eggschopped
Instructions
Place potatoes in a large pan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and cook about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
