No Bake Pistachio Cream Pie
This No Bake Pistachio Cream Pie is rich, creamy, and packed with pistachio flavor. An easy make-ahead dessert.

cold milk

box
instant pistachio pudding mix
(3.4 oz.)

heavy cream

cream cheese
softened
½

powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract
green food coloring

shelled pistachios
finely chopped, divided

premade graham cracker crust
(9-inch)
whipped cream and maraschino cherries
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cold milk and pistachio pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.

1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
¾ cup heavy cream
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
4 oz. cream cheese,
½ cup powdered sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in the whipped cream. Add food coloring if desired.

Stir in ½ cup chopped pistachios, reserving the remaining ¼ cup for garnish.
¾ cup shelled pistachios
Spread the filling evenly into the crust and smooth the top.
1 premade graham cracker crust
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Garnish with remaining pistachios, whipped cream, and cherries if desired.
