Ingredients
2slicesbacon
½cupChallenge Butter, softened1 stick
2tablespoonsreal maple syrup
Instructions
Cook bacon in a skillet until desired crispness. Remove bacon to paper towels to drain and cool. Reserve bacon grease.
Beat butter on low speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the maple syrup and reserved bacon grease. Crumble the bacon into the butter. Mix until well combined.
Use immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Use this as a stepping off point - maybe honey in place of syrup.
