Instructions
Measure the Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
1 box Rice Chex cereal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and Irish cream coffee creamer.
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips,
6 tablespoons unsalted butter,
3 tablespoons Irish cream coffee creamer
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and almond extract until fully combined.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently stir until evenly coated, being careful not to crush the cereal.
Add 2 cups powdered sugar. Stir gently until coated. Add more powdered sugar as needed to fully coat the cereal.

Spread the mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool 15-20 minutes, or until set.
Stir in Lucky Charms marshmallows just before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Stir gently to avoid crushing the cereal.
Add marshmallows after the mix has fully cooled to prevent melting.
Add extra powdered sugar gradually for even coating.
