Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet and set it aside.
Start by cutting the ends off each green bean.
Place flour in one bowl, eggs in one bowl, and bread crumbs with the remaining spices in another.
Place your green beans in the flour, then egg, back to flour, back to the egg, and finally bread crumbs. Spread the coated green beans out on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining green beans.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve with optional dipping sauce and enjoy!
For the Kicking Ranch Dipping sauce
In a small dish, mix together your ranch and hot sauce. You can add more hot sauce if you choose.
Notes
I found using a fork to transfer from bowl to bowl works best. I found that using my fingers became a sticky mess with more eggs in the panko bread crumbs.
Experiment with different dipping sauces. Try sriracha and mayo. Or your favorite Ranch dressing. Roasted garlic mayo is great, too. My kids enjoy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce.
You can use regular bread crumbs in place of the panko. However, panko bread crumbs will give a better crunch since they tend to be larger and flakier than regular bread crumbs.
Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. It is best to place all of the green beans in a single layer to get the crispiest results possible.
