Ingredients
1cuppacked shredded cucumber
1cupGreek Yogurt
1tablespoonminced garlic
1teaspoonlemon juice
½teaspoonhoney if desired{depending on your brand of yogurt it can be quite tart!}
Instructions
If you don't have Greek, you can strain regular plain yogurt with a cheesecloth. You do not want it to be runny. I also squeeze all the moisture out of my shredded cucumber with a clean kitchen towel.
Add the cucumber, garlic and lemon juice to the yogurt. Mix well.
