Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted white chocolate out onto the prepared pan and spread it out using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to form a large rectangle.
Melt each color of candy melts in separate bowls in 20-second intervals until melted and smooth. Drizzle or place dollops of the melted red candy melts over the white chocolate. Repeat with the remaining colors.
Use a toothpick to create swirl patterns on the surface of the chocolate.
If desired, evenly top with sprinkles.
Allow the chocolate to harden completely before cutting or breaking the bark into pieces.
Notes
Depending on how you place the colored candy melts over the white chocolate will determine how your bark looks. You can place them in lines across the bark, or you can place them randomly about the bark.
Don’t overmix the colors when using the toothpick. You want lovely swirls of colors, not to combine the colors.
Speed up the process by placing the baking sheet with the candy into the freezer until hardened.
