Ingredients

whole milk

Jello brand coconut cream instant pudding mix
3.4 oz.

container
coconut yogurt
6 oz.

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
rum extract

can
crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz.
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the milk, pudding mix, yogurt, both extracts, and the crushed pineapple. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover the container, and freeze until ice cream is set, 6 hours to overnight.
Notes
Yields about 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of ice cream.
