Easy Corn Casserole
This is an easy and delicious side dish your family will enjoy all year long. Thanksgiving dinner isn't complete without this Easy Corn Casserole!

Ingredients

butter, melted
8 tablespoons or 1 stick

eggs
beaten

box
dry corn bread mix
8.5 oz.

can
whole kernel corn, drained
15 oz.

creamed corn
14.75 oz.

sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
You can also add shredded cheese on top before baking. I love cheddar.
