Ingredients

cream cheese, softened
8 ounces

sour cream

dill pickles
drained and finely chopped

jar
dried beef, finely chopped
2.5 ounces
assorted crackers or fresh veggies
for serving
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sour cream and continue beating until fully combined and creamy.
Stir in the chopped pickles and dried beef until well incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
Serve chilled with crackers or cut veggies.
