Ingredients
½cupoatmeal
1tablespoonchia seeds
1tablespoonpeanut butter
1tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½cupsalmond milkor milk of choice
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
Instructions
Place the oatmeal in a blender. Cover and process until the oatmeal resembles flour.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and process until fully combined.
Pour the smoothie mixture into serving glasses.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You must have a high-powered blender to blend oats.
