Ingredients

diced tomatoes
undrained (14½ oz.)

chicken-flavored stuffing mix
(6 oz.)

boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-size pieces

teaspoon
dried basil leaves

mozzarella cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, stuffing mix, water, and garlic until the stuffing mixture is moistened.
1 can diced tomatoes,
1 box chicken-flavored stuffing mix,
½ cup water,
2 cloves garlic
Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Sprinkle with basil and mozzarella cheese.
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves,
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Top with the stuffing mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Reheat individual portions in the microwave until heated through.
Reheat larger portions in a 350°F oven until warmed through.
Reheat in the air fryer at 325°F until hot.

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
