Notes
🥡 STORAGE
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day.
Keep loosely covered until fully cooled to help prevent soggy popcorn.
♨️ REHEATING
This popcorn is best served fresh and does not need reheating.
If needed, spread on a baking sheet and warm briefly in a 250°F oven for a few minutes to help crisp it.
❄️ FREEZING
Freezing is not recommended because the popcorn texture will soften.
💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Use freshly popped popcorn for the crispiest texture.
Toss gently but thoroughly so the buffalo ranch flavor coats as much popcorn as possible.
Add the cayenne pepper only if you want extra heat.
Serve immediately for the best crunch.
🍳 ALTERNATE COOKING METHODS
Use plain or lightly salted microwave popcorn if needed.
You can also use stovetop popcorn for extra fresh flavor.
♻️ LEFTOVERS
Use leftovers as a crunchy topping for snack mixes or party bowls with pretzels and crackers.
📝 NOTES
Buffalo sauce heat levels vary by brand, so adjust the cayenne pepper to taste.
This recipe is best enjoyed the same day it is made.
