Ingredients

Biscoff cookie butter
½
cup
vegetable shortening

packed light brown sugar

milk

all-purpose flour

baking soda

salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Biscoff cookie butter, shortening, and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.

1 cup packed light brown sugar
Add egg and milk. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
1¾ cups all-purpose flour,
¾ teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon salt
Add half of dry ingredients, mix, then add remaining and mix until just combined.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, place 6 inches apart.
Press with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
Bake 14-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Cool 3 minutes on sheet, then transfer to rack.

Keep cookies in a cool, dry place

Microwave 8-10 seconds to soften
Warm in oven at 300° for 3-5 minutes
