This Berry Stuffed French Toast would be perfect for Christmas morning! You can prepare it the night before and pop it in the oven to bake while everyone opens presents!

Ingredients
12slicescinnamon bread
2cupsberriesI used raspberries
4ouncesKroger GREEK cream cheese & GREEK yogurt bar
8eggs
1 ⅓cupmilk
¼cupmaple syrup
Cinnamon
Additional maple syrupfor serving
Instructions
Grease a 9x13-in. baking dish and set it aside.
Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Place 6 slices of bead into the prepared pan - cheese side up. Sprinkle with berries. Top with the remaining bread slices - cheese side down.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and maple syrup. Pour the mixture evenly over the top of the bread slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with additional maple syrup.
