Ingredients

banana cream instant pudding mix

whole milk

Nilla wafers

heavy cream

powdered sugar

bananas

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk according to package directions. Refrigerate to set.

Pulse Nilla wafers in a food processor until coarse crumbs form.
2 cups Nilla wafers
In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Layer pudding, cookie crumbs, whipped cream, and bananas in parfait glasses.
3 bananas
Repeat layers, finishing with whipped cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with additional wafers if desired.
