2applescored, peeled, and chopped (I used Honeycrisp)
2teaspoonvanilla extract
3cups+ 3 tablespoons bread flouryou can use all-purpose too
1 ½teaspoonground cinnamon
½teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonbaking soda
1cupnutsoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350; grease 3 bread loaf pans.
Mix all ingredients together; pour into 2-3 bread pans, it will depend on the size of the pans you use.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Time may vary depending on your oven and pan size/ Be sure to insert a toothpick in the center of the loaf to make sure the bread is done.
