Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet Potato Fries just might be one of my favorite side dishes ever. I like them way better than any kind of regular fry. So much so, that I generally don’t even eat regular fries – they have to be pretty darn spectacular for me to eat them. Sweet Potato Fries are my jam.
Although we don’t have fries (of any kind) very often, when we do have them, I try to ensure that they are on the healthier side. These Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries are a cinch to make. You will want to plan ahead a little bit so they can soak in water to remove some of the starch – that’s the secret to the crispiest fries, y’all!
