Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries might be one of my favorite side dishes ever. I like them way better than any regular fry. So much so that I generally don’t even eat regular fries – they have to be pretty darn spectacular for me to eat them. Sweet Potato Fries are my jam.

Although we don’t have fries (of any kind) very often, I try to ensure that they are on the healthier side when we do have them. I generally choose sweet potatoes for all of the nutrition they provide, and I usually bake them, so they’re not logging in lots of oil. No one wants all of that oil, do they?

These Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries are a cinch to make. You will want to plan a little bit so they can soak in water to remove some of the starch – that’s the secret to the crispiest fries, y’all!
