Tropical Hummus
This Tropical Hummus makes a great snack for game day! It also makes a great filling for wraps!

Ingredients
For the tropical hummus

garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz.

cup
fresh pineapple chunks
½
cup
diced mango cubes
¼
cup
shredded coconut
¼
cup
tahini

cloves
garlic
minced

lime
juiced
2
tablespoons
Silk Coconutmilk
For garnish
Olive oil and/or shredded coconut for garnish
optional
For serving
Falafel chips, pita chips, tortilla chips or assorted veggies, for serving
Instructions
Place all hummus ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth.
Garnish with olive oil and/or shredded coconut before serving, if desired.
Serve with Falafel chips, pita chips, tortilla chips or assorted veggies.
Notes
Makes about 2 cups.
For extra smooth hummus, peel the chickpeas first by rubbing between paper towels.
