½cupold-fashioned oatmeal
1tablespoonchia seeds
½scoop vanilla protein powder
1tablespoonmaple syrup
¼teaspoonvanilla extract
¾cuplow-fat milk
4 - 5fresh strawberrieschopped

Mix all ingredients in a 2-cup bowl. Refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.
