Ingredients
For the salad

spinach leaves

strawberries
hulled and sliced

Feta cheese
crumbled

bacon
cooked and crumbled

pecans
lightly toasted
For the dressing

toasted sesame seeds

poppy seeds

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

granulated sugar

paprika

Worcestershire sauce

minced onion

ground black pepper
Instructions
Add spinach to a large serving bowl or platter.
8 cups spinach leaves
Top with strawberries, feta cheese, bacon, and pecans.

½ cup Feta cheese,
6 slices bacon,
½ cup pecans
In a blender or food processor, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and well combined.
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds,
1 tablespoon poppy seeds,
½ cup olive oil,
¼ cup balsamic vinegar,
¼ cup granulated sugar,
¼ teaspoon paprika,
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
1 tablespoon minced onion,
pinch ground black pepper
Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving.
Toss gently if desired and serve immediately.

Store salad components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
