Store burger sauce separately for up to 5 days.
Keep fresh toppings separate until serving.
♨️ REHEATING
Reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat until warmed through.
Reheat in an air fryer at 350°F for 2-4 minutes.
Avoid microwaving whenever possible.
❄️ FREEZING
Freeze cooked burger tortillas without toppings for up to 2 months.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Do not freeze lettuce, pickles, or burger sauce.
💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Allow the sauce to chill before serving.
Cook on a hot surface for crispy edges.
Spread beef thinly and evenly.
Serve immediately for the best texture.
🍳 ALTERNATE COOKING METHODS
Blackstone griddle - Ideal for cooking multiple tacos at once.
Cast-iron skillet - Creates excellent browning.
Outdoor flat top grill - Great for larger batches.
♻️ LEFTOVERS
Chop leftover tacos into a burger salad.
Use leftover beef in nachos.
Serve leftover burger sauce with fries.
📝 NOTES
The sauce tastes best after chilling for 30-60 minutes.
Street taco tortillas can be used to make approximately 8 smaller tacos.
Any melting cheese can replace American cheese.
A griddle makes preparation much easier.
