Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a gallon-sized zip lock bag, combine breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, paprika, black pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Close the bag and shake to mix well.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
Place one pork chop at a time into the bag with the breadcrumb mixture. Close the bag and shake to coat the pork chop evenly. Press the breadcrumbs onto the pork chop for a thicker coating.
Shake off any excess breadcrumbs and place the coated pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches at least 145°F or to your desired doneness.
Serve immediately.
Notes
I suggest using a thicker-cut pork chop, at least ½ inch in thickness. You can use bone-in or out, I prefer the bone, and I think it adds more flavor.
Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place back in the oven or microwave.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
Air Fryer Note
Shake and Bake Pork Chops can be made in the air fryer! Preheat your air fryer to the appropriate temperature (usually around 400°F), then place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they're not overcrowded. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops and the model of your air fryer, so it's best to monitor them closely. Enjoy your crispy and delicious Shake and Bake Pork Chops straight from the air fryer!
