Quinoa with Broccoli {and feta!!}
Quinoa with broccoli and feta for dinner. Serve it with tasty chicken sausage and your favorite salad for a great meal.

Ingredients

cup
uncooked quinoa
1
large head
broccoli
4
ounces
crumbled feta
OR 6 oz 1% cottage cheese
Instructions
Steam the broccoli to just done while the quinoa is cooking.
Prepare quinoa as directed on package.
Mix together when done and top with the either cheese.
Notes
Try it both ways - the feta and cottage cheese give different final results.
