Preheat your oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set them aside.
Use clean paper towels to pat the Lil Smokies dry.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice each triangle into 3 long triangles.
Take one Lil Smokie and place it at the wide end of one of the dough triangles, then wrap it like a crescent. Arrange it on the prepared sheet tray. Repeat this process for the remaining Lil Smokies and dough, ensuring they don't touch each other on the tray.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and garlic powder.
Using all of the sauce, brush it generously over the tops of the rolls.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 11-12 minutes or until the rolls turn a light golden brown.
Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving them.
