Peanut Butter Balls
Chocolate-dipped Peanut Butter Balls (or Buckeyes) are easy to make at home. They require only four ingredients and are a holiday favorite!

- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 1 package CandiQuik 16 oz.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter until thoroughly combined. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on waxed paper. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the CandiQuick according to package directions. Using a fork, dip the balls into the CandiQuick, allowing excess to drip off. Place the covered balls back on the waxed paper. Let stand until the coating is set.
Notes
- You can partially dip the balls for a "Buckeye" effect. I find it easier to use a toothpick to hold the peanut butter ball for dipping in this instance.
- Instead of dipping the balls, you can also drizzle the candy coating over the top.
- Switch things up by using vanilla and/or chocolate candy coating.
