Grinch Mimosa
This Grinch Mimosa is a quick three ingredient Christmas cocktail that adds a fun pop of green and cherry red to your holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

blue curacao

ounces
orange juice
3 ½

champagne

maraschino cherries

Instructions
Pour the blue curacao into a champagne glass.
½ ounce blue curacao
Add the orange juice, then the champagne.
4 ounces orange juice,
3 ½ ounces champagne
Stir lightly if needed.
Remove the stems from the cherries if they are stemmed.
2 maraschino cherries
Slide the cherries onto your Grinch topper so they sit right under the top.
Cut a small notch in the top cherry and rest it on the rim of the glass.
Serve right away.
