Ingredients

Instructions
Clean, trim, and pound chicken to an even thickness. Place in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, ground mustard, and salt.
Pour marinade over the chicken, flipping to coat all sides.
Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Store leftover grilled chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
♨️ REHEATING
Skillet
: Warm over medium heat for 4-6 minutes, flipping once, until heated through.
Microwave
: Heat at 50% power in 30-second intervals until warmed through to avoid drying out.
Air fryer
: Reheat at 350°F for 4-5 minutes until hot and slightly crisp on the outside.
Oven
: Preheat to 325°F. Wrap chicken in foil and heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
❄️ FREEZING
Freeze uncooked marinated chicken in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before grilling.
💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Don’t marinate longer than 8 hours, or the lemon juice may toughen the meat.
Flattening the chicken ensures even cooking.
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
