Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
1 tablespoon cornstarch,
2 teaspoons chili powder,
1 teaspoon ground paprika,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon granulated sugar,
½ teaspoon ground cumin,
½ teaspoon onion powder,
½ teaspoon garlic powder,
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container for storage.
Notes

Store seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Use within 6 months for the best flavor.
