husked and rinsed

Instructions
Preheat the broiler and position the oven rack about 6 inches below the heat source. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place the tomatillos, onion, jalapeño, serrano pepper, and garlic on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

4 cloves garlic
Broil for 14-16 minutes, turning everything every few minutes, until the vegetables are softened and lightly charred.
Transfer the roasted vegetables to a blender. Pulse a few times to break them down.
Add the cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Blend on high until smooth.

Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
Stir before serving, as separation may occur

Serve cold or at room temperature for best flavor
