Ingredients
5
ounces
dill pickle juice
brine
5
ounces
vodka
Optional Garnishes
extra pickle juice
tajin seasoning
pickle chips
gherkin pickles
Instructions
Add the 5 ounces of pickle juice and 5 ounces of vodka to a shaker, small cup, measuring glass, or any container you have on hand.
Stir or gently shake to combine.
If using tajin seasoning, dip the rims of the shot glasses into extra pickle juice, then into tajin to coat the rims.
Pour the pickle and vodka mixture into the prepared shot glasses.
Garnish each shot with a pickle chip or gherkin, if desired.
Notes
🥡 STORAGE
Store the vodka and pickle juice mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Do not store with garnishes or tajin on the rim to keep everything fresh.
♨️ REHEATING
Reheating is not applicable. These shots are best served cold or chilled.
❄️ FREEZING
Freeze the mixture in small shot molds or ice cube trays to make pickle shot ice pops.
Serve frozen for a fun twist, or blend with ice for a slushy version.

Use high-quality dill pickle brine for the best flavor.
Flavored vodkas, such as jalapeño or dill, enhance the overall taste.
Rim the shot glasses
before
pouring in the liquid.
Do not use salt for the rim. It becomes too overpowering with the brine.
