Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a 2-quart sauce pot and whisk together.
Heat over medium, whisking frequently until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce is just starting to simmer.
Carefully pour the sauce into an airtight glass jar, such as a mason jar, and allow it to cool.
Store the sauce in the refrigerator in a mason jar for up to 2 weeks.
