Caramel Apple Dip
Easy Caramel Apple Dip made with cream cheese, caramel, nuts, and toffee. A fun twist on classic caramel apples!

(you won’t need about ¼ of the jar)

toffee pieces

chopped walnuts

Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt with a hand mixer or fork until creamy.
8 ounces cream cheese,
½ cup powdered sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
¼ teaspoon salt
Spread the mixture onto a baking dish or serving board.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle toffee pieces, walnuts, and pecans on top.
½ cup toffee pieces,
½ cup chopped walnuts,
½ cup chopped pecans
Wash and dry apples thoroughly.
3 red apples,
2 Granny Smith apples,
2 Honeycrisp apples
Slice apples into wedges, removing cores.
Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Juice from 1 lemon
Serve apple slices alongside the dip and enjoy!

Store in the refrigerator, covered tightly with plastic wrap, for up to 3 days.
Allow to soften at room temperature before serving.
