In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, oat flour, cacao powder, and baking powder.
Stir in the unsweetened applesauce, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Mix in the milk until well combined. Then, mix in the chocolate chips.
Evenly divide the batter between 4 (4-oz) ramekins.
Transfer the ramekins to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes* [see notes].
Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
At 10 minutes, the oatmeal will have a lava cake-type center; at 15 minutes, it will be mostly baked with just a touch of softness from the chocolate chips. Either way is delicious!
