Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the evaporated milk, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water until smooth.

Once the cheese mixture begins to heat, add the beer and cornstarch slurry, whisking to combine.
10 oz. amber beer
Gradually add the remaining cheese, whisking frequently, and cook until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
