Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground pork with the onion and garlic until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink, about 4-6 minutes.
1 lb. ground pork, 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic
Drain the grease and return the pork mixture to the pan.
Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, Sriracha, and black pepper.
