Wash and dry asparagus. Break or cut woody ends off asparagus.
Cut prosciutto in half, lengthwise. Wrap the prosciutto in a spiral around the asparagus stalk.
Brush the tips of the asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Place prosciutto-wrapped asparagus in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
Remove from air fryer. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Some air fryers have a pre-heat option. Preheating may reduce the cooking time a little bit.
