1bagfrozen shrimp, thawed, shelled and deveined12 oz.
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonminced garlic
½cupfresh shredded ParmigianoParmesan cheese
Instructions
Pat dry your shrimp with a paper towel and place them in a medium bowl.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced garlic, and cheese to the bowl and mix to coat all the shrimp.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Cook on manual setting, at 360°F for 10 minutes, turning the shrimp over after 5 minutes. *Please note* If you are using different size shrimp, the cooking time may vary.
Serve and enjoy with a cocktail sauce, over pasta, or in a salad!
Notes
In this recipe, the shrimp have a nice pepper taste to them. If you don’t like a stronger pepper taste, decrease the amount used to 1/4-teaspoon.
Use whatever kind of shrimp you have on hand or whatever your family prefers. For this recipe, I used medium deveined shrimp with tails off. If you use another size, you may need to adjust the cooking time.
You can use cooked or uncooked shrimp for this recipe but may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Obviously, already cooked shrimp will need less time.
