Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5 inch meatballs.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Place meatballs in a single layer, leaving space between each.
Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the internal temp reaches 165°F.
Cut one open to confirm it’s fully cooked with no pink inside.
Remove and serve hot with your favorite sauce or sides.
Garnish with parsley or Parmesan if desired.

🥡 STORAGE
Store cooled meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days
Freeze cooked meatballs for up to 2-3 months. Flash freeze on a baking sheet before transferring to a freezer-safe container

Air fryer
: 350°F for 3-5 minutes
Microwave
: 30-60 seconds until warmed through
Oven
: 350°F for 10-12 minutes
Skillet
: Reheat in a pan with a splash of water or sauce until hot

Freeze meatballs individually on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag
