Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Prepare seasonings. In a shallow bowl, combine the chicken rub and chili powder.
Using clean paper towels, pat the chicken dry.
Dip the thawed chicken wings into the dry rub mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of the wings is 165°F.
Pour the Frank’s Buffalo sauce into a large mixing bowl.
Once chicken wings have cooked fully, remove them from the air fryer basket and toss in the buffalo sauce until completely coated.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use frozen chicken wings in the air fryer, but it's recommended to thaw them first for even cooking. Be sure to pat them dry before seasoning and air frying.
To store leftover wings, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate them for up to 3-4 days. You can reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness.
