Ingredients

self-rising flour

honey

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, honey, and heavy cream.
Mix with a sturdy spoon or Danish dough whisk until a thick dough forms.
Use a large cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons) to portion the dough into balls.
Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with granulated sugar, if desired.
Bake for 24 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let the scones cool in the pan for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
