Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream Cheese Snack Crackers

These Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream Cheese Snack Crackers are the perfect party appetizer or quick snack idea! RITZ® crackers provide the perfect base for all kinds of delicious toppings!


  • 1 box (13.7 oz.) RITZ® crackers
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 tbsp. jarred fresh ground horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 lb. deli roast beef, thinly sliced, chopped
  • Chopped parsley and/or dill weed (for garnish)


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, horseradish and Dijon mustard with an electric hand mixer until well combined.
  2. Top RITZ® crackers with the cream cheese mixture. Add roast beef to each cracker. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill weed. Serve immediately.


Recipe Notes

You can prepare the cream cheese mixture ahead of time. Keep it refrigerated until needed. Allow cream cheese to soften before use. Do not top the crackers until right before serving time to keep them crisp!
